1. How can I book an appointment?
To book an appointment, please fill out our consent form here and follow the instructions. Once submitted, we’ll get back to you with available dates and further details.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via Zelle and cash. Please note that we do not accept credit cards.
3. What are your studio hours?
We are open Monday to Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM. We are located in San Pedro, California.
4. Is parking available?
Parking is available on the street. Is not a busy area, so finding a spot is usually easy.
5. Do you accept walk-ins?
Cendra Studio is a private studio, and we do not accept walk-ins. However, you are always welcome to call us in advance to check if an artist is available for an impromptu session.
6. Can I eat or drink in the studio?
Food is not allowed in the procedure area, but we do offer snacks, cold beverages, and coffee for our clients.
7. Can I bring my pet?
For health and safety reasons, pets are not allowed in the studio.
8. Can minors get tattoos?
We do not tattoo minors under any circumstances. You must be 18 or older to get a tattoo at Cendra Studio.
9. What do I need to bring to my appointment?
Please bring a valid ID with you to your appointment for age verification.
10. Will I see the tattoo design before my appointment?
The design is typically shown to you on the day of your appointment, though this may vary depending on the artist’s policy. The artist always will show it to you and make any necessary changes based on your approval before proceeding.
11. Can I have a consultation with the artist before my appointment?
Absolutely! We offer free consultations with your chosen artist to discuss your design, ideas, and any questions you may have before your tattoo session.
12. What is your policy on deposits and cancellations?
Each artist has their own policy regarding deposits and cancellations. However, in most cases, we require a deposit of $100–$200 to secure your appointment, which is non-refundable. Please confirm the specific details with your chosen artist.
13.What Happens if I Arrive Late to My Appointment?
If you anticipate being late for your tattoo appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We understand that delays can happen, and we are happy to be flexible if you communicate with us. However, if we are not informed and you arrive more than 30 minutes after your scheduled time, your appointment will be considered a "no-show" and you will forfeit your deposit. Thank you for your understanding.
